AVIMUNDUS
A new Bird Museum
In the newly built Bird Museum, which resembles an open cage from the outside, we have designed an exhibition that is intended to be as airy and light as possible. This way, the exhibits come into the centre of attention, but without disturbing the attractive architecture.
The large showcases have the appearance of floating.
On the first floor, an interactive 3D model of the national park forms the centre, around which the showcases are divided into habitats. On the upper floor, the visitor is offered the opportunity to learn about bird flight, interbreeding or reproduction through interaction.
